domestic Albert Heijn distribution and supply centres as workers
dispute pay and contracts.

subsidiary would acquire certain assets of US distributor Lady
Baltimore Foods for an undisclosed amount.

$50 million for the shares of Chilean supermarket firm Santa Isabel
that it did not already own.

cent control of Disco Ahold International Holdings (DAIH), the
